Delivery times depend upon product being ordered.  Custom designed products are subject to the manufacture's time frame. No returns for custom orders.  Product in stock at our retail store, normally ships within 2-3 business days.  Maax does not accept returns, therefore, please be sure the bath tub you are ordering is the correct size.  Average delivery time for Maax products is 3-5 weeks.  All delivery times are estimated.
