    Store Policies

    The Bath Tubs And More offers quality products at affordable pricing. Depending upon which manufacture you are purchasing product from, warranties, shipping times and return policies vary. We try to update our polices as new products are added. If you do not see the warranty for a product you are purchasing, please contact Customer Service at 800-989-5166 prior to ordering. Installed products or modified products are not returnable.

    Re: Freight Requirements. Bath tubs are delivered via common carrier and a sign receipt is required. Deliveries are curb side delivery only.

    Curb Side Delivery Description: Carrier delivers product to the front curb. Some drivers will unload the bath tub from the truck, whereas others drivers will have you unload the product yourself. The driver is not required by the carrier to unload product.


    If you have a fork lift, you may use the fork lift to unload your bath tub from the truck. If you have a site construction crew, you may use the construction crew to unload your bath tub. Please remember, you will still need to transfer the bath tub from the curb to your storage location. A hand cart works extremely well for most bath tubs. If you do not have a hand cart, two people can carry a majority of the bath tubs.

    Please Note: Bath Tubs And More will NOT pay for any additional freight services other then curb side delivery. If you require a special delivery service, please make arrangements prior to the bath tub shipping. In some cases where addresses are rural, product will be shipped to a destinated freight terminal, where the customer will pick the freight up.

    IMPORTANT: When your order arrives, please inspect your shipping carton for damage. Please remove your bath tub while the carrier is there. Do NOT sign the bill of lading until you have examined the bath tub. If you discover damage to the bath tub, refuse shipment, do not sign the bill of lading. If you accept damaged product, the carrier is responsible for providing repair / product cost reimbursement. You must submit damages to the carrier directly. Once you sign for your shipment, ownership transfers to you. We highly recommend you inspect all products received prior to signing the bill of lading.

    Bath Tubs And More at their discretion, may provide a replacement bath tub for the customer during the freight claim process.  The customer must disputes the hidden damage claim with the freight company.  It is not Bath Tubs And More's responsibility to assist with the hidden damage claim, however, Bath Tubs And More may offer assistance at their own discretion. If the freight company does not find in favor of the customer, the customer is responsible for the full cost of the replacement product to Bath Tubs And More.  Failure to remit payment will result in court action and additional fees.  Payment for replacement products not covered by hidden freight claims, is due and payable within 7 days of receipt. 

    If you reside in an area outside a carriers normal route, additional freight may be charged. This would include a surcharge by the original freight company making delivery. Those customers who require air or water delivery, who reside outside the Continental US (48 states), or who reside in isolated areas not included within common carriers regular delivery areas, will be responsible for additional freight charges or for securing their own freight delivery. In some cases, if you reside in a rural area where delivery service is not available, the customer will be required to pick up their product at the carrier's terminal. We used Federal Express and DHL for shipments. Bath Tubs And More does not arrange for rural delivery outside the common carriers normal delivery location. Customer returning product may not have residentail pick up for those shipments, if they reside in a rural area outside of the carriers normal service area.  Those shipments may require drop off at the carrier's nearest authorized drop off center by the customer.  Failure to return product to Bath Tubs and More, will result in the customer being charged for said product, regardless of the reason the product was being returned.

    Products that have been modified are non-returnable. No payment will be issued for any modifications made to the original product by the customer. Customer accepts full liability for all cost associated with altering products. All returns must be shipped freight pre-paid. COD shipments will not be accepted. No other reimbursement is offered. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery, unless otherwise stated by the manufacture. All delivery times are estimated.


    Faucets, Drain Kits, Accessories: Faucets and Drain Kits may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund, minus a 25% restocking fee. The 25% restock fee cannot be waived. Please email or call us for an RGA (Return Authorization Number) before returning product. Freight is prepaid to return items. COD returns will be refused. Packages without an RGA number on packaging label will be refused. All products must be returned in original packaging.

    Installed products, product missing parts, or damaged packages cannot be returned for a refund and will be returned to the customer freight collect. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All product must be in "like new condition" for resell. Returns must be shipped freight pre-paid. COD shipments will not be accepted. Any damaged products received will be returned freight collect. All warranty claims will be covered by the manufacture. Bath Tubs And More does not offer nor imply any said warranty for any products on our web site.

    Credit will be applied once a returned is received and merchandise is inspected and counted. Return product must have an RGA from Customer Service. Only those items that have been approved for returned will receive a credit. Credit is processed 7-10 business days after product is returned. No returns are accepted if an authorization for return is not requested within 7 days of receipt by the customer. No exceptions.

    Customer must retain all crates, boxes and packaging material to return authorized products with.  Customers who have discarded shipping materials must provide a crate, box, pallet and packing materials required for shipping at their own expense.  Bath Tubs And More will not pay a third party to package and ship return products.  Customer must ship authorized returns within 7 days of authorization approval.  Products not returned in "like new condition" or current condition upon receipt, will be billed the full purchase price for said product.  For common freight shipments, if the customer does not allow for the pick up of authorized return product within 7 days of said authorization, the customer will be billed full price for said product and no return will be allowed.

    Free Bonus Gifts. Free bonus gifts are provided based upon customer purchasing products. Should customer return said product or cancel their order, free bonus gifts must be returned freight prepaid, in like new condition. Free items not returned, or not returned in "like new condition" will be billed to the customers credit card on file, or billed via invoice at current pricing. Bonus gifts ship when the customer's product ships the factory. Freight is pre-paid for the (47) states.

Customer is responsible for court fees, attorney fees and any additional cost incurred from any said court action against Bath Tubs And More. Charge backs filed that violate our store policy or are fraudulent in intent, will be pursued in a court of law.  Credit card rulings do not supersede our store policy.
